Can I order online?
Yes. Nothing could be easier, you only need to select the collection you want to order. To do this, lets go to the “Our collections” section or on the home page then, choose the subscription mode or the right collection, then fill in the information requested by following the steps, and finally validate your ordered.
You will quickly receive a confirmation email.
If you are looking for a particular collection, type the title or keyword into the search bar at the top right of the screen.
What is the payment method for my subscription?
You can pay for your subscription by direct debit or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). On the Alteys site, payment is 100% secure.
By choosing direct debit, monthly, from your bank account or by credit card, you benefit from the comfort of receiving your package at your home without worrying about payment.
Can I stop my subscription?
Of course, you are free to cancel or stop your subscription at any time. You just need to contact customer service, on the website or by telephone or mail.
For subscriptions, for which payment has been made in full at the beginning, there will be no refund.
What are the subscribers gifts?
Each collection has its own subscribers gifts, go to the section of the collection that you’re interest in and scroll down to see all the gifts by collection.
What if the product I receive damaged items?
If the product you have received is damaged, please contact the customer service on 01 42 18 25 30 or by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue and/or send it back to you. as soon as possible.
Whilst our products are quality checked, we are ordering thousands of each issue, and unfortunately the odd one escapes our scrutiny.
Delivery and return items?
When you place your oder on Alteys website, we do our best to deliver your package within the deadlines
indicated on the conditions of each collection on the website. Depending on the frequency of collection
releases, monthly, weekly or other.
Does direct debit remove the right of return items?
Whatever your method of payment is on the Alteys website, you have 14 days upon receipt of the items to return or not without having to give any reasons or pay penalties.
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return, at his own expense, all the elements of the package within a maximum period of fourteen days following the communication of his withdraw decision.
How do I change my postal address?

What happens if the collection does not come out?
If the test collection does not come out and you have participate to the crowdfunding to support the collection, you will be fully refunded at the end of the testing period if it is not successful.
When the crowdfunding collection will be available?
Soon as the collection has reached the necessary number of suscribers subscribers and the period given to participate is over, the collection will go into production and will be available for sale a few months later.
